Well, I've just included some pictures from various events that have been going on lately. Abbie is so cute trying to do everything that Sophie does-wants to stand on the stool like Sophie, use the same kind of cup, come down the stairs by herself (sort of) and more. It means that we have to keep a very close watch on Abbie because sometimes she tries to do things that she's not ready for yet (like standing in chairs). At the end of the week, the weather was a little bit cooler so we took the opportunity to head to the zoo for a little while. Daddy was able to go with us which made it a lot of fun. We got to see the baby tigers and a bunch of other animals. Both girls loved petting the goats in the petting zoo! One goat stole a map from someone's pocket and ran off with it! He kind of bumped Abbie in the process and she lost her balance. (She was fine though. No worries.)
On Saturday, I took Sophie to see the play, "Lilly and the Purple Plastic Purse" at the Children's Theater. We both really enjoyed it! We had read the book by Kevin Henkes a few times. I highly recommend the play if you have kids. It's showing for the next couple of Friday evenings and Saturdays at 1PM. Saturday evening we went to a neighborhood pool party which was fun. Abbie seems to love the water now. We had some bad experiences trying to get her in the water in Charleston but maybe it was just too cold for her then. Now she knows what to expect and she realizes that it's a lot of fun!!

We went to Centennial Park. Ellie loves to go and feed the ducks.
Abbie is so cute petting the goat. Jax and I are going to the zoo next week. We should go to the pool one day.
