We had a wonderful Christmas this year! For some reason, I'm just really behind on blogging. Now that the girls are back in school (as of last Thursday) I can catch up a little bit. On Christmas morning, Santa had visited our house so we looked at all of that. Sophie was very excited to get bunk beds with a trundle for her American Girl doll alongwith a DS. Abbie really wanted a stroller and a baby doll which Santa brought but she got a TRIPLE stroller. She loves it! We also opened all of our gifts from Mimi and Paw-paw Tom and Aunt Leia alongwith the presents for the girls from Mama and Daddy, etc. Then, we had some yummy coffee cake and got ready for church. Our church was packed that morning because they decided to only have one service instead of two like we normally have. A couple hundred people ended up sitting in the foyer.

After church, we went over to Nana and Paw-paw's. We had lunch with all of my immediate family plus some of my mom's side of the family: Uncle Jim, Aunt Linda, Amy and Chris K. We hung out for a while and visited, etc. Then, mid-afternoon we headed home. The girls were so excited to go home and play with their new toys. Sometimes by Christmas Day, everyone is just plum tuckered out!
