Well, I'm a little behind again but here are some of our pictures from Christmas. We ended up getting together with Paula's immediate family just a couple of days before Christmas. Nana fixed some yummy lasagna for dinner. The kids were excited that we could finally begin opening some Christmas gifts (well, they had opened 1 or 2 from friends but you know how kids are). We had good time hanging out with everyone. The girls ended up staying at Nana and Paw-paw's for most of the afternoon so they were upset that their mom and dad went home for a little while and rested, ran an errand, etc before coming back to eat and open presents. Abbie was excited to get her own sleeping bag and tent. She also got some new Barbies and a special doll from Nana and Paw-paw. Sophie was very excited about her collector's doll as well. She also got a personalized umbrella, a watch, and the Just Dance for Kids II for the Wii. We all enjoyed being together! It was the beginning of our true Christmas celebrations.
The next afternoon, we headed down to spend Christmas Eve in Chapel Hill, TN with all of Paula's dad's side of the family. Unfortunately, we forgot to take our camera but there were a lot of people there and we had a good time.
