Feeling buggy?
Last week, I was able to go with Sophie's class to visit the Discovery Center. It was a very warm day and most of us didn't realize that we'd be spending the majority of our morning outside. We still had a great time though. The kids were looking for animals in the wetlands, we took a walk, they donned boots and waded in the creek (2 from our group fell in and got soaked), examined fossils, studied algae through a microscope, etc. They had a little bit of time after lunch to explore inside the museum and then it was time to head back to school. I felt bad for the kids who fell in the creek because we didn't have any clothes for them to change into.
